The land of the house is approximately 10 km of the entrance of Serrinha, in the noble area, close to the best houses and lodgings. Close to the Camping Clube do Brasil and several waterfalls.

The 2 other ones, in spite of being close to the TV room, are private of each suite: one of them, used as an office, has shelves in ivory and the other one, with closets and dressers, serves not only as a closet but also as an office.

Location: | Serrinha do Alambari: Between RJ and SP (180 Km from each capital). Area of Environmental Protection (APA), between Penedo (6Km) and Visconde de Mauá. It is monitored by the forest guard of IBAMA. Habitat of toucans, jacus, maritacas, lizards, etc. Tourist area, tourism/similar buses are not admitted. The population is around 800 inhabitants, without counting the proprietors who go on the weekends. Dense vegetation and preserved, waterfalls and trails. Excellent climate, intense sun in the summer and very cold in the winter. Access is through Dutra, close to Resende. There is asphalt up to the entrance of Serrinha, after that, ground road; Resende's City Hall is responsible for its maintenance. Light, telephone, cellular sign and cable TV.
